Washington overspending, the Interstate Bridge, & forest management
KOIN news reporter Todd Unger and John Ley discuss current issues on Northwest Politics Now.
Washington state democrats have a spending addiction and our state finances are in deep trouble. The Interstate Bridge Replacement project doesn’t have enough money to complete “Phase one”, and the $3.5 billion light rail is a waste of taxpayer dollars. Finally, we need better management of our forests, to prevent the huge forest fires we are experiencing, as well as to give local, rural communities the jobs and the funds they need to thrive.
