John & Lars talk TOLLING & an outrageous cost of collection

ODOT’s plans for TOLLING include a huge cost of collection

Thank goodness for the West Linn Mayor who did a public records request and exposed the outrageous plans by ODOT staff. It ultimately resulted in Oregon Governor hitting the “pause” button on TOLLING until 2026.

Take a listen to our discussion last January!
